What is Life Coaching?

How could a Life Coach help me?

A Life Coach will help you discover what you really want from your life and plan ways to make it happen at a pace that is practical and achievable for you.  They will help you reach a goal, overcome obstacles and make the changes or shifts you want in your life. A Life Coach will offer direction, challenge, support and motivate you.  You are the only expert who knows what is best for you.  The coach is simply an expert in the coaching process who will help you discover what your own personal “best” might be.  A Life Coach can help you in any area of your life including the following;

What can I expect to take place during a coaching session?

The coaching session lasts 90 minutes and we will discuss what you would like to achieve in our time together.  We will develop an action plan of steps to move you closer to what you want to accomplish.  During the session we also talk about what has happened since the last time we met, and your goals for the period of time until we meet again.  Always working at a pace that is practical and achievable for you.  Making the process fun and enjoyable along the way.
